Rawhide Sales stands behind the accuracy of the item description and condition disclosures stated on eBay and allows the customer to verify accuracy prior to sale completion. Rawhide Sales products are fully inspected to provide accurate descriptions to buyers.
Buyer is responsible to read and understand all terms and sale policies before purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to have thoroughly read provided inspection prior to purchase. The Buyer will be given the opportunity to inspect and confirm the item to make sure it is as described at time of pick up.
No allowance or set-aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage. Items are sold “as is.”

We accept PayPal, credit card, or cash in person. All sales are final. Items are sold “AS IS.” No returns, exchanges or credits accepted. No warranties provided on items. Upon winning the item, the Buyer is responsible to provide a deposit within 72 hours, if applicable, through PayPal. All items should be paid in full and picked up within 14 days after auction end. If the Buyer fails to contact Rawhide-Sales within 5 business days of purchase or fails to make the final balance payment within the specified terms, Rawhide-Sales reserves the right to cancel the sale; and/or contact the next highest bidder(s) to complete the sale; and/or re-list the item without further recourse owed to the first bidder in default of these terms.
Sales Tax (Wisconsin Resident): Per the state of Wisconsin, Rawhide is required to collect a state (5%) and county tax (.5%) for most items sold unless a Wisconsin tax exempt form is provided or on file – No Exceptions. If the item is a motor vehicle (car, truck, motor home, or motorcycle) at minimum, state & county tax is due along with title fee. All boat units and miscellaneous items are charged state and county tax at time of purchase.
Sales Tax (Non-Wisconsin Resident): If the item is a motor vehicle (car, truck, motor home, or motorcycle) Buyers are exempt from Wisconsin sales and use taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for all taxes and registration fees in their state of residence. Taxes are applied where Buyer takes possession of the purchased item: boats, recreational vehicles (as defined in sec. 340.01(48r), Wis. Stats.) snowmobiles, trailers, and all-terrain vehicles
Down payment is due within 72 hours and full payment & pick up completed within 14 days after auction end. Successful bid winners should contact us via eBay email to schedule a time for pick up and arrive within business hours, preferably before 3:00 p.m. CST. 24 hour prior notice is required. No walk-ins or unplanned pickups will be processed. Rawhide does not offer shipping services or handle transportation. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. Please be prepared for any contingencies related to the condition of your item including inoperable parts, loading and safety related issues. Buyer is responsible for: securing your item with your own tie straps, have proper ball hitch, and towing accessories etc. Ability to hook up item to your transporting vehicle. Extended storage charges may be arranged with prior approval of Rawhide-Sales and must be paid up front along with the full purchase price.
