Career EXCELerate

Career EXCELerate Wisconsin is a partnership between Goodwill NCW, Fox Valley Technical College, and Rawhide Youth Services to help individuals develop job skills and find a fulfilling career. This career-training program is offered at no cost to those who are facing ongoing challenges due to the pandemic.

This collaborative program gives students a FREE education with:

Career skills, coaching and resume building
Technical training within eight highly in-demand career pathways
Assistance finding employment at a local workplace upon completion
Support services provided throughout training and for the first year of employment
Connection to resources for childcare, transportation and housing

Students receive personalized, ongoing support.

The goal of the program is to ensure that participants have all the tools needed to navigate their pathways.

Career Educational Certificate Options

Certificate programs range from approximately two weeks to two semesters depending on career paths.

The Career EXCELerate program offers eight program tracks in fields with highly sought-after employment. With Career EXCELerate, students receive the support and resources needed to help them become career-ready at no cost to them.
