As a youth development specialist, you will directly impact youth’s lives every day by building relationships and guiding the youth. You’ll create a positive and structured environment and support their daily activities and treatment goals. You will work on a team that provides a therapeutic culture that recognizes and values progress toward the treatment goals of our youth.
There is not a one-size-fits-all for how someone can impact the youth at Rawhide.
