Meeting Facilities

Looking for a unique location for your next board meeting, staff meeting or other business gathering? Rawhide’s campus provides a beautiful, rustic setting while providing everything you need to hold a professional and memorable meeting.

The Aylward Auditorium meeting facilities, located on the second floor of the visitor’s center, is available Monday through Friday and can be set up according to your needs. You’ll enjoy the comfortable, quiet atmosphere, enhanced by home-style meals and delicious snacks.

In addition, holding your event on Rawhide’s campus will provide the boys here with work experience opportunities in the hospitality and food service industries and give them a glimpse into the business world.

Aylward Auditorium Accommodations

  • Classroom style – groups up to 60
  • Theatre seating – groups up to 140
  • Banquet style – groups up to 28
  • Room dimensions: 40′ x 50′
  • Equipment available: Computer, internet access, TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, telephones, copy machine, FAX machine, overhead projector, flipchart with markers, 35MM slide projector, cassette recorder

Continental Breakfast (available all morning) – $3.50 per person
