Bryan Blankfield

Bryan Blankfield, Board Chairman

Bryan Blankfield and his wife, Rebecca, have lived in Neenah for the past 14 years.  They have four grown boys and recently became grandparents. Bryan retired in the fall of 2015 as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oshkosh Corporation after serving there since 2002. Prior to that, he was a corporate attorney in an international law firm in Chicago and served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Waste Management, Inc. in Houston, Texas.

Bryan is also a C.P.A. and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. He received his law degree in 1987 from Northwestern University in Chicago.

Bryan and Rebecca are passionate supporters of Rawhide and its mission since they moved to Wisconsin. Bryan is honored to serve on Rawhide’s Board.

Chris Myhre

Chris Myhre, Board Vice Chairman

Chris and his wife, Suzan, have lived in the Appleton Wisconsin area for 33 years. They have two daughters, Jessica and Grace, and a son, Michael. Chris and Suzan have been active in the Appleton Christian community since they moved to Appleton. They are most happy when they are participating in God’s kingdom work.

Chris is a Director at Oshkosh Corporation and has been with Oshkosh for 11 years. At Oshkosh, he has developed extensive leadership experience with operational growth, international expansion, and business unit development. Before joining Oshkosh, he worked as an industrial sector consultant for IBM and Grant Thornton both internationally and domestically. Suzan is a marriage and family therapist who owns her own private practice and also practices at a local church.

Chris met Suzan while they were attending the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Chris earned his Bachelor degree in Engineering while Suzan achieved her Masters in Social Work.

Chris and Suzan have been involved in church planning, church planting, teaching, refugee ministries, Christian conferences, and other Boards. Chris feels privileged to be a part of God’s ministry to heal and transform troubled boys. His passion for lost teens matured when he experienced a close family member’s struggle with mental illness and addiction in their teenage years.

John Vicchiollo

John Vicchiollo, Board Treasurer

John Vicchiollo is the Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at Bassett Mechanical. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at School Specialty Inc., for 28 years managing Procurement, Forecasting and Inventory Planning.

John is a quiet but passionate and thoughtful leader with a demonstrated ability to creatively adapt to new challenges and develop talent. He recognizes his accomplishments are the results of those who graciously work alongside him. He takes great care to foster those relationships creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

John and his wife, Germaine, have resided in Appleton for the past 30 years. They have three grown boys and a grandson who they adore.

John and Germaine have served in various ministries including High School and Adult small group leadership, marriage mentoring, mission trips and as kitchen service volunteers. They also enjoy serving each month at Appleton’s Homeless Connections.

John’s life mission is to humbly serve and to pass along the time and grace that others have invested in him throughout his life and career.

Clyde Rasmussen

Clyde Rasmussen, Board Secretary

Clyde earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Augsburg College in 1969. Clyde began working for Rawhide in March of 1970 where he assisted John and Jan Gillespie with many aspects of maintaining the daily needs of the youth at the ranch. Clyde also helped Gary Thompson in coordinating the summer camp program for youth. Due to lack of funding, Clyde was given a recommendation by Rawhide and began employment at the Winnebago County Department of Human Services in November 1971, where he continues to be employed as a Licensed Child Protection Social Worker.

Within this public agency, Clyde has served in a variety of Social Work positions that equip him to provide effective governance to the Rawhide program. He is experienced in working to reunite families after an out-of-home placement, resolving delinquent behavior of children and teens, providing juvenile intake services with law enforcement agencies within Winnebago County, and assessing the safety of children within their homes. Clyde has also served as the governing board secretary of Calvary Bible Church and currently serves in the Divorce Care ministry as a facilitator.

Clyde has also worked as a Group Home Coordinator for Winnebago County for several years, serving youth experiencing emotional and behavioral problems, AODA dependency, delinquency, abuse, and neglect.

Clyde has served in youth ministry with junior high and high school youth, taught Sunday school, and facilitated small groups. He has been active in church mission teams and has accompanied youth mission trips to Mexico, New York, Idaho, Colorado, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

Sonia Barham

Sonia Barham, Board Member

Sonia’s resume includes over 20 years of leadership in planning, administration, fundraising, accounting, communications and marketing. She has a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from the Master’s University in Santa Clarita, California. Sonia is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities, a program sponsored by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, Sonia completed the Social Innovation Leadership Experience (SILE) Program, which is sponsored by the J.J. Keller and U.S. Venture Foundations.

Sonia currently serves as the CEO of 91.9/91.5 FM The Family.  Sonia also serves as the Chair for the Fox West YMCA, Steering Committee for the Fox Cities’ Executive Directors Leadership Forum, Strengthening Families Impact Panel at United Way Fox Cities, high school small group leader, and coordinator for a women’s ministry. Prior to 91.9/91.5 FM The Family, Sonia served as Executive Director for Soar Fox Cities in Appleton, WI, a local non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities.

Sonia was born in Brazil and immigrated to Los Angeles at the age of 14. In 2007 she relocated to Wisconsin. She loves different ethnic cuisines and traveling. Sonia is passionate about leadership and enjoys thinking outside of the box. Her favorite saying is “always do the right thing.” Sonia speaks 4 languages, loves her 2 dogs but not more than her children, which is their current belief. She is happily married to Shanon and raises her son and daughter. Her greatest achievement in life is and will always be surrendering her life to Jesus Christ in high school.

Steve Borden

Steve Borden, Board Member

Steve brings extensive human resources knowledge to the Rawhide Board. He enjoyed a 10 year career at Kimberly Clark and has recently retired from Alta Resources. Steve is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with degrees in Business and Sociology.

He and his wife, Kim, have three sons, Zachary, Alex, and Phillip. Steve enjoys spending time at his sons’ athletic events, playing tennis, golfing, and windsurfing in his spare time. As a member of Rawhide’s Board of Directors, Steve feels that he gains as much from this ministry as he gives.

Pastor Dupree

Pastor Alvin T. Dupree, Board Member

Alvin T. Dupree Jr. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Family First Ministries, Inc. (FFM).  He has been married to his lovely wife for over 21years; he is the father of three daughters and one son.

Pastor Dupree was raised in Kansas City, Kansas by his parents, Linda Dupree and Alvin T. Dupree, Sr., who serve as Pastor and Co-Pastor of Grace Tabernacle Outreach Center located in Kansas City, Kansas.  At the age of 21, he joined the Marine Corps and retired 20 years later and spent much of his service as a Criminal Investigator for the Marine Corp. He also served a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Upon arriving home from this tour of duty, he was notified he was being transferred to Green Bay, Wisconsin. It was in Wisconsin that he sensed God calling him to establish a church and ministry under the Church of God in Christ when he formally retired from the Corps.

He believes and teaches the importance of the Church to keep the ministerial needs of the families within the church as the number one priority.

Pastor Dupree has served on the Board of the Appleton Jail Ministry and worked closely with the Appleton Police Department to build bridges with the minority community in the Fox Cities.

Sarah Long Radloff

Sarah Long-Radloff, Board Member

Sarah has been a resident of Appleton, Wisconsin, for 30 years and was an employee of Kimberly Clark for over 27 years.

She has a strong ability to work and interact well with others regardless of their background, and is committed to helping make our community a better place to live.

Her current community involvement includes: monthly volunteer hours with Appleton Police Department, Fox Cities Performing Arts, and ThedaCare-Hospice; weekly volunteer hours at Echoes and St. Vincent De Paul thrift stores. She also serves on the Appleton Police Intercultural Relations Advisory Committee (IRC) and Women’s Fund for the Fox Valley Region. Fox Valley Jail Ministries and the Salvation Army are other areas of Sarah’s involvement.

Along with her husband Larry, Sarah facilitates a Care Group in their home. They attend weekly Monday night Bible classes and use September Sunday school classes to introduce Third Grade children to the Bible.

Recent training includes: Bethel Bible Series and East Wisconsin Lay School of Ministry. Sarah has served as an Ambassador in Missions (AIM) in the Grand Cayman Islands and Rugby, England. She has also walked full and half Fox Cities Marathons.

Her son Carl, and his wife live in Boston, Massachusetts. He was recently inducted into his Appleton High School hall of fame. Sarah’s daughter Neva, and her husband, are teachers at inner-city schools in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have two girls, whom Sarah adores. Both Carl and Neva have also obtained their masters degrees.
