Bryan Blankfield

Bryan Blankfield

Bryan joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2015, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Drake University and his law degree from Northwestern University.  Bryan also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bryan retired in 2015 as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oshkosh Corporation after serving there since 2002. Previously he was a corporate attorney in an international law firm in Chicago and served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Waste Management.

Bryan and his wife, Rebecca, live in Neenah, WI.

John Vicchiollo

John Vicchiollo

John joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2016, and currently serves as Treasurer of the Board. He studied General Business at Lakeland College, as well as Pastoral Studies at North Central Bible College.

John is the Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at Bassett Mechanical. Prior to his current role, he was Vice President –Forecast/Inventory Planning and Procurement at School Specialty, Inc. where he worked for 28 years.

John and his wife, Germaine, live in Appleton, WI.

Clyde Rasmussen

Clyde Rasmussen

Clyde joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2008, and currently serves as Secretary of the Board. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Social Work from Augsburg College.

Clyde is a Licensed Child Protection Social Worker with the Winnebago County Department of Human Services where he has worked since 1971. Previously Clyde worked at Rawhide where he held various roles helping with the daily needs of the youth and coordinating the summer camp program.

Clyde lives in Neenah, WI.

Eloise Anderson

Eloise Anderson

Eloise joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2019. Eloise earned her undergraduate degrees from Central State University and the University of Toledo, in addition to her graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Loyola University-New Orleans. She received her Doctorate of Humane Letters from Lakeland University and Cardinal Stritch University.

Eloise retired in 2019 as the Wisconsin Secretary of Children and Families where she served since 2011. Eloise continues to serve as Chair Emeritus of the national Secretaries’ Innovation Group after serving as Chair from its inception. Eloise is well known nationally for her former work as Director of the California Department of Social Services, the largest welfare system in the country. Before her service in California, she ran the Division of Community Services for the state of Wisconsin. Anderson is known as a policy innovator and was formerly the director of the Project for the American Family at the Claremont Institute.

Eloise and her husband, Pat, reside in Marshall, WI.

Sonia Barham

Sonia Barham

Sonia joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2017. She has a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from The Master’s University. Sonia is also a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities, a program sponsored by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce as well as the Social Innovation Leadership Experience (SILE) sponsored by the J.J. Keller and U.S. Venture Foundations.

Sonia currently serves as CEO of 91.9/91.5 FM The Family. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director for SOAR Fox Cities, a non-profit serving individuals with developmental disabilities. She also serves as Chair for the Fox West YMCA, and is on the Steering Committee for the Fox Cities’ Executive Directors Leadership Forum and the Strengthening Families Impact Panel at United Way Fox Cities.

Sonia and her husband, Shanon, live in Greenville, WI.

Steve Borden

Steve Borden

Steve joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2002. Steve is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with degrees in Business and Sociology.

Steve retired from Alta Resources as Vice President of Human Resources after 15 years.  Prior to that, Steve worked at Kimberly-Clark in purchasing/Logistics roles. Steve also serves as Board President for St. Joseph Food Pantry in Menasha, WI.

Steve and his wife, Kim, live in Neenah, WI.


Pastor Alvin T. Dupree

Alvin joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2017. He is a graduate of Next Dimension Bible College where he received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Religion/Religious Studies.

Alvin is the Founder and Senior Pastor at Family First Ministries, Inc. Prior to his current role, Alvin retired from the United States Marine Corps after serving for 20 years, serving primarily as a Criminal Investigator in addition to a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Alvin also serves as a Board member on the Appleton Area School District.

Alvin and his wife, Shantel, live in Appleton, WI.

Bill Sepic

Bill Sepic

Bill joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2019. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from the University of Iowa. Bill also is a Certified Chamber of Commerce Executive (CCE).

Bill is currently the President and CEO of the Wisconsin Auto & Truck Dealers Association. Previously he held several leadership roles in various Chamber of Commerce organizations throughout the country. Bill has held board positions with various organizations including American Truck Dealers, Automotive Trade Association Executives, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management and the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives.

Bill and his wife, Rhonda, reside in Waunakee, WI.

Kevin Schuh

Kevin Schuh, Board Member

Kevin joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2019. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Kevin is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin is currently the Director of Corporate Accounting for Menasha Corporation, where he has held various roles since 1997. He also serves as Treasurer for the Menasha Corporation Foundation. Kevin previously worked for several public accounting firms prior to joining Menasha Corporation.

Kevin and his wife, Brenda, live in Neenah, WI.
