Eloise Anderson

Eloise Anderson

Eloise joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2019. Eloise earned her undergraduate degrees from Central State University and the University of Toledo, in addition to her graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Loyola University-New Orleans. She received her Doctorate of Humane Letters from Lakeland University and Cardinal Stritch University.

Eloise retired in 2019 as the Wisconsin Secretary of Children and Families where she served since 2011. Eloise continues to serve as Chair Emeritus of the national Secretaries’ Innovation Group after serving as Chair from its inception. Eloise is well known nationally for her former work as Director of the California Department of Social Services, the largest welfare system in the country. Before her service in California, she ran the Division of Community Services for the state of Wisconsin. Anderson is known as a policy innovator and was formerly the director of the Project for the American Family at the Claremont Institute.

Eloise and her husband, Pat, reside in Marshall, WI.

Bryan Blankfield

Bryan Blankfield

Bryan joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2015, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Drake University and his law degree from Northwestern University.  Bryan also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bryan retired in 2015 as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oshkosh Corporation after serving there since 2002. Previously he was a corporate attorney in an international law firm in Chicago and served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Waste Management.

Bryan and his wife, Rebecca, live in Neenah, WI.

Steve Borden

Steve Borden

Steve joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2002. Steve is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with degrees in Business and Sociology.

Steve retired from Alta Resources as Vice President of Human Resources after 15 years.  Prior to that, Steve worked at Kimberly-Clark in purchasing/Logistics roles. Steve also serves as Board President for St. Joseph Food Pantry in Menasha, WI.

Steve and his wife, Kim, live in Neenah, WI.

Cathy Dworak

Cathy joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2020. She earned her associate degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, a bachelor’s degree in Management Communications from Concordia University, and master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Cathy is currently the Director of Community Outreach & Player/Alumni Relations with the Green Bay Packers organization. She began her career with the Green Bay Packers in 2000 as the Manager for Community Outreach. Cathy is currently on the board of trustees for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and board chair for Make-A-Wish of Wisconsin. She also serves on the board of directors for The Angel Fund for Children with Cancer.

Cathy resides in Denmark, WI.

Dr. Fred Johnson

Fred joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2020. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Arizona State. He also received his Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry from Southern Seminary in Louisville, and post-Doctoral Fellowship Leadership Development from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Illinois.

He is CEO and Founder of InitiativeOne, a professional training and coaching company headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Fred has developed and implemented proprietary processes that create cultural change within corporate and organizational environments by focusing on improving the behaviors of key leaders. Fred was also a pastor for 18 years.

Fred is co-author of the books, “Is Everyone On the Boat?” and “The Reality of Change.” and is a sought-after speaker for business conferences and corporate seminars. He has taught leadership and organizational principles to senior executives of many Fortune 100 companies.

Fred and his wife, Tracy, currently reside in Green Bay, WI.

Bill Sepic

Bill Sepic

Bill joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2019. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from the University of Iowa. Bill also is a Certified Chamber of Commerce Executive (CCE).

Bill is currently the President and CEO of the Wisconsin Auto & Truck Dealers Association. Previously he held several leadership roles in various Chamber of Commerce organizations throughout the country. Bill has held board positions with various organizations including American Truck Dealers, Automotive Trade Association Executives, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management and the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives.

Bill and his wife, Rhonda, reside in Waunakee, WI.

Kevin Schuh

Kevin Schuh

Kevin joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2019, and currently serves as Treasurer of the Board. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Kevin is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin is currently the Director of Corporate Accounting for Menasha Corporation, where he has held various roles since 1997. He also serves as Treasurer for the Menasha Corporation Foundation. Kevin previously worked for several public accounting firms prior to joining Menasha Corporation.

Kevin and his wife, Brenda, live in Neenah, WI.

John Vicchiollo

John Vicchiollo

John joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2016, and currently serves as Secretary of the Board. He studied General Business at Lakeland College, as well as Pastoral Studies at North Central Bible College.

John is the Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at Bassett Mechanical. Prior to his current role, he was Vice President –Forecast/Inventory Planning and Procurement at School Specialty, Inc. where he worked for 28 years.

John and his wife, Germaine, live in Appleton, WI.

David Voss, Jr.

Dave joined the Rawhide Board of Directors in 2020. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology and an emphasis in Building Construction Management.

He has been a principal owner and president and CEO of Miron Construction for over 40 years. Dave plays a significant role in Miron’s family focused culture for the company’s more than 1,500 employees.

Dave and his family live in Neenah, WI.
