Daily Scoring & Ranking System

Students are scored by their teachers, living unit staff and job trainers daily to hold them accountable for their behavior at home, school and at work.

There are two main areas on the score sheet that are tracked: respect and responsibility. Students are also scored on their use of time and quality of work.

The score sheet is then reviewed by the treatment team which is comprised by members of the house, school, social work team and job trainers and is used in tracking progress of the student and to determine what may need to be changed to keep the student on track for meeting his treatment goals and objectives.

Scores are used to help determine the rank of each student. Higher ranks have additional responsibilities but they also have additional freedoms and privileges.
