Family Counseling, CounselingSince 1965 Rawhide has earned a reputation for being a premier provider of care for at-risk youth and families. Our counseling service serves both male and female clients of all ages.

All of Rawhide’s counselors hold a Master’s or Doctorate Degree and are licensed by the state of Wisconsin. With our many years of combined counseling experience we compassionately and skillfully offer help to those in need. Our professional staff of male and female counselors use a blend of therapeutic styles and approaches to address a variety of personal and family concerns.

In addition to individual and family therapy, Rawhide also offers group counseling for adolescents. Participants are challenged to make friends, engage in team work, express emotions and provide feedback. Activities include art, drama, pet therapy, group games, team building and other fun exercises. Please contact us for a current schedule.

Equine Assisted Therapy (New London Facility only)

Rawhide’s Equine Assisted Program (REAP) is available to clients at the New London facility. Equine therapy is a unique form of experiential therapy that uses horses to engage you or your family in activities that elicit feelings and offer challenges that often mirror real life struggles. Your therapist will decide if equine therapy is right for you or your family.
