Lisa Behnke, MA, LPC | Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Masters Degree from Trinity International University. Lisa has worked as a therapist at Rawhide since 2002. She has a depth of experience and passion for working with married couples, teens, and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. Additionally, she provides insight and practical help with conflict resolution, anger management, parenting, oppositional defiance, Christian spiritual development, conduct disorder, ADHD, and grief counseling. Lisa has completed training in Equine Assisted-Psychotherapy and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She enjoys ministering with her husband who is an Academic Instructor at Rawhide and they are blessed to have two children.

Julie Decker, MS, LPC | Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University. She has been employed as a therapist since 1990 and is passionate about assisting children, youth and adults in finding Biblical answers and healing related to stress, trauma and broken relationships. Julie endorses a solid scriptural foundation as a basis for her clinical practice.
Her specialties include recovery from abuse and trauma, PTSD, foster care, adoption, blended families, learning challenges, and accurate diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Julie is delighted to include horses in session at Rawhide to support the growth and healing of children, teens and adults. She is also a Licensed Brain Gym Consultant and utilizes this modality to explore alternatives to psychotropic medication when appropriate.
Julie and her husband, Joe, have been married for 17 years and have four sons, one daughter, one collie, two cats and four horses. |

John L. Krzich, Psy. D. | John holds a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University located near Portland, OR. He is a general practitioner with a focus of practice in serving children, adolescents, families, and marriages. He has a significant interest in the development and strengthening of the relationship between parent-child and married couples.
John also focuses his work in serving children and adolescents who have experienced abuse or trauma with a particular interest in assisting youth with attachment and behavior related problems and families in adoption and foster care.
He has performed a research study on the effects on adults who have been raised in a home that was influenced by alcoholism. John has an interest in working with adults who are experiencing life difficulties as an adult and had grown up in a home where one or more of the primary care providers were alcoholic. He integrates and applies research in his practice that is consistent with his world view perspective, which is Christian.
John enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and ministry and in particular takes joy in spending time with his wife and son. |

Mike Rintelman, MA, LPC | Mike is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois. Mike has 13 years of experience providing counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Mike is passionate about working with couples and families and has 10 years experience working with adolescents.
Mike's expertise includes counseling for marriages, anxiety, depression, addictions, anger management, spiritual issues and the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills. As a therapist, Mike applies Christian principles to help clients deal with the difficulties and challenges of life.
Mike is a member of American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Mike and his wife have been married for over 20 years and have two children. |

Tara Walker, MSW, CISW | Tara is a Certified Independent Social Worker and holds a Master’s of Social Work Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a concentration in children and families. She has been working with Rawhide as a Social Worker and Therapist since 2001.
Prior to her work at Rawhide, Tara worked with survivors of emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Since then, she has developed a passion for working with young adults and families struggling with various issues such as depression, loss and grief, parenting skills, anger management, childhood and adolescent emotional and behavioral problems, decision-making and self-worth. Tara’s therapy approach is Christ-centered and strength-based.
Tara enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, reading, biking and spending quality time with her husband, daughter and dog. |
