After submitting your application, you MUST mail or fax the following documents:
  1. A copy of the acceptance letter from the school in which you are enrolled
  2. A copy of the costs from the school for the current year
  3. A copy of your financial aid package for the current year
  4. A copy of your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) report for the current year
  5. A copy of your transcripts showing classes completed, grades, and GPA from the previous semester (renewals only)

Applications can not be processed until the above information is received. Incomplete applications will be returned and delay the process.
Allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for processing. If your request is approved, a signed, handwritten letter to the donor and a recent photo must be submitted before funds are disbursed.
