 | | The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and enhancing Rawhide’s therapeutic services, case management, and treatment plans. This position supports Rawhide’s Youth Services department by supervising the clinical team of social workers, case managers, and therapists as well as by providing therapeutic direct service to Rawhide youth in crisis and facilitating group therapy. The Clinical Supervisor will also support the Outpatient program by collaborating with the Clinic Administrator and by providing clinical consultation to the outpatient therapists. |

| Required Qualifications: | |
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or related)
|

| Preferred Qualifications: | |
- Strong background in case management
- 5+ years experience in child welfare
- Experience or evidence of supervisory knowledge/skills
- Experience working with at-risk youth
- Experience in providing direct service (leading groups, individual, crisis management)
