Resident Instructor Average Day

Below is an outline of an average day for a Rawhide Resident Instructor. This page has been designed to help give you a better idea of the job requirements and the types of activities you will be a part of in this position.

However, it is important to note that no two days are alike at Rawhide. When working with at-risk teenage boys every day brings its own adventures and challenges, some days will be better than others. The need for patience and flexibility is very important in the role of the Resident Instructor.
