Pension Plan

  • Enrollment open to employee the next January 1 or July 1 after one year and 1,000 hours
  • Six percent of regular wages (40 hours) goes into a Defined Contribution Plan, with several investment options
  • Vesting is 20% after 2 years of service, 40% after three, 60% after four, 80% after five, and 100% after six
  • No employee contributions are required or allowed
